Shipping policy

Zambeel provides comprehensive dropshipping and logistics services across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. Their shipping policies are tailored to meet the needs of resellers and customers.

For Resellers:

  • Fulfillment and Shipping Costs: The initial order incurs a fulfillment and shipping cost of 16 AED. If a product is returned and refunded, an additional 11 AED is charged for product pickup and refund processing.


     

  • Replacement Policy: If a product is found to be non-faulty or if the replacement request is made after 3 days of delivery, a fee of 25 AED per replacement applies. Zambeel does not offer a general refund policy; however, in special cases involving security risks, a refund may be initiated, with the sale amount reversed from the reseller's account.


     

For Customers:

  • Replacement Policy: Customers can request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery if the product is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged. To initiate a replacement, customers should share a video of the issue with Zambeel's customer support team. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, Zambeel will arrange a replacement free of charge. Please note that Zambeel does not offer a refund policy.

Shipping Methods:

  • Air Shipments: Typically take 5 to 8 working days.

  • Sea Shipments: Generally require 35 to 40 working days from Zambeel's warehouse in Guangzhou, China, to destinations in the GCC.
